IN HUMAN LANGUAGE: aimii is a free tool for personal use, provided as-is. Use it sensibly, don't abuse it, and understand we can't guarantee it's perfect. By installing it, you agree to the terms below.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the aimii.app desktop application and website (together, the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
These Terms are an agreement between you and aimii.app ("aimii", "we", "us") only, and not with Overwolf. aimii is an application built on and distributed through the Overwolf platform; your use of the Overwolf platform itself is governed by Overwolf's own terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or redistribute the App, or use it in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of any game you use it alongside. You are responsible for ensuring that using aimii does not violate the rules of the games you play. aimii performs local game detection and sensitivity calculations only; you use it at your own discretion and responsibility.
aimii and its original content, features, and branding are and remain our property. You receive no ownership in the App beyond the license granted above.
You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App, or your possession or use of the App, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, aimii — and not Overwolf — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
The App may link to or interoperate with third-party services, including the Overwolf platform, GitHub, Discord, and the games you play. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You use the App at your own risk. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sensitivity conversions will be perfectly accurate for every game or setup.
You use the App alongside any game entirely at your own risk. aimii performs local game detection and sensitivity calculations only; it does not modify games. aimii is not responsible for any consequences of using the App with any game, including account suspensions, bans, or anti-cheat actions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the rules, terms, and anti-cheat policies of every game you play.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless aimii from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or any game's rules.
aimii is a free, solo-developed project. We are solely responsible for any maintenance and support we choose to provide, but we are under no obligation to provide support, updates, or fixes. Community support is available via our Discord.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or revoke your license, at any time. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
